My Journal is friends only. Don't take it personally, it's not because I don't love you. It's because I don't trust you. But if you comment I'll probably add you. And, as long as you're interesting and update somewhat regularly we can be friends forever :)

I wasn't offended. I just think it's unfortuanate that people in a community that should deal with racial issues is so ignorant about those issues. If you really are concerned about not offending people I would suggest you get a real education about race instead of the shallow "we're al equal and racism will go away if we sing and hold hands" type of solution that only serves to sustain the system of white supremacy.

I'm little disappointed in you. You call people out all the time (you've even called ME out) and someone stupid says something (in blackfolk, no less) and you unfriend me and disappear. I don't know why you're upset with me but if you are, I'd have liked you to say it to me. Not passive-aggressive like this.

I'm not upset with you in the slightest. I didn't even think you'd notice if I defriended you. I do like you and if you still want to be friends I'll add you back. I'm not upset at the stuff that was said in blackfolk. I mean really, of all the people to get mad over in that community you really think I'm going to leave the community over something that hater Yobachi said? LOL someone coulda made a post about teddy bears and he woulda said the samd samn shit. I defriended blackfolk because I decided in my new year's resolution that I wanted less drama this year. Not, just my own but drama in general (I may even give up L & O) and lately the only interesting posts in blackfolk that have more than 20-30 comments are the ones with drama.
